Free Edition includes search, ingestion, retrieval, reporting and exports with up to 30 days of retention.
- Copy the Instance ID.
Open Administration → Licensing. Use that exact ID when purchasing.
- Activate your full licence.
Paste the key from your confirmation page or purchase email into the same Licensing card.
- Choose how long to keep records.
Your licence unlocks longer retention; it does not change your policy or run cleanup automatically.
A clear release boundary.
The experimental data-verification work is excluded from this release. A full licence unlocks the published app; it does not certify that source call records are complete.
The licence has no expiry and includes future updates to Call Records. Changes to offers for new customers do not remove these entitlements from your purchase.
