Your details.
A clear purpose.
Download records
When you request an app download, we retain your name, email, optional organisation, the app and version requested, the platform and the request time. These records help with release support and download enquiries. A request does not prove that a file finished downloading or was installed.
Download records are stored privately in Vercel storage. They are not a public directory and do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Purchases and licences
Stripe handles payment details. Purchase records include your email, organisation, installation Instance ID, payment reference and the licence entitlement offered at purchase. We retain these to issue licences, recover purchases and honour included future updates. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the website’s download log.
Help with your information
To ask about your records, request a copy or request deletion of download information, contact Scott through the Contact page. We may need to retain purchase and licence records to support an existing licence and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Page visits and download starts
Vercel Web Analytics measures website visits, including the separate download-start page for each app. These page views help us understand download interest; they do not confirm a completed file transfer or installation. Names, email addresses, licence keys and download request references are not included in page URLs or custom analytics events.
